This Saturday morning, before the Barça v Real Sociedad match at Camp Nou, events held included a meeting of the FC Barcelona Supporters Club Plenary Council, along with the inauguration of a new shield and the presentation of a meeting sign.
The Penya Blaugrana d’Alcàsser L’Horta Sud watched their new shield go up at the north east ramp of the stadium. Supporters Club Commission Director Xavier Ilincheta presided over the ceremony along with Leopoldo Hernández, president of the supporters club, in front of about twenty Barça supporters who made the trip up from Valencia.
Immediately following the new plaque inauguration, the Supporters Clubs Services Office presented the poster for the XVI Meeting of Supporters Clubs of Anoia, Alt Penedès and Garraf, which will take place from 12 to 14 June in Vilafranca del Penedès. FC Barcelona director Pau Vilanova received Josep M. Marquès, president of the Penya Barcelonista Vilafranca del Penedes i Comarca, who was accompanied by Jordi Abellán, president of the Supporters Clubs Federation of Anoia, Penedès and Garraf.
