Barça Lassa won against San Pablo Burgos (97-88) in a match in which all the players who participated scored. The most outstanding were Víctor Claver, with 14 points; Seraphin, with 17; and Pau Ribas, with 20.
The match started with great intensity (12-9, min 5) and a stellar showing from Victor Claver - almost scoring three consecutive triples. Good circulation of the ball in attack saw the hosts up 27-22 after 10 minutes, and a constant exchange of baskets marked the second period. However, with Barça's defence holding firm, by the quarter hour they'd surged even further ahead (42-30).
After the break, a spectacular alley oop from Hanga towards Smits had the Palau public on their feet, as the Blaugrana continued to ram home their advantage (74-54, min 30). Despite the offensive success of the visitors in the early stages of the last quarter (82-72, min 35), Kevin Seraphin's success from the perimeter helped to claim a victory in the domestic competition that strengthens Barça Lassa's leadership of the Endesa League (18-4).
