FC Barcelona face a busy week with two league matches away from home, the first of which comes against Sporting Gijón on Wednesday (6.30pm CET).
The Catalans were scheduled to take on Sporting in Week 16 but the fixture was rescheduled due to the club’s appearance in the FIFA Club World Cup in Japan. As a result, Barça have played one game less than the rest of their rivals and can therefore extend their lead at the top of the table with a win.
After their trip to Gijón, the team is then off to Gran Canaria to face Las Palmas on Saturday (4.00pm CET) for Week 25 of La Liga. On the rest of the days, the team will train at Ciutat Esportiva as listed below (all times CET).
