Dani Alves helps Brazil to win against Panama (2-0)

The FC Barcelona defender starts in his country's warm-up match for the Copa America Centenario

Brazil beat Panama 2-0 in a warm-up match ahead of the Copa America Centenario that starts in the United States on Friday. Benfica’s Jonas opened the scoring after just two minutes and Gabriel finished off the job in the second half.

Barça’s Dani Alves played the first 77 minutes of the game before being substituted by Fabinho. His club colleague Rafinha played in Denver, Colorado.

Dunga’s side have been drawn in Group B of the tournament and start their bid to win the title on June 5 against Ecuador (4.00am CET) at the Rose Bowl, Pasadena. The other teams in their group are Peru and debutants Haiti.
