Costa Rica unveils first plaque of the year

Three Wise Men day brought plenty of goals, and was an especially significant day for the members of the Central American supporters club

Sunday was more than just Three Wise Men Day and derby day for the Peña Barcelonista de Costa Rica, who used the occasion to unveil their club plaque on the Camp Nou façade.

Xavier Ilincheta, director of the Supporters Clubs Commission, welcomed some thirty fans who had travelled from Costa Rica. The party was led by their president, Josep Ramon Domènech, who was visibly excited about the whole occasion.

The South Ramp was the place, where the visiting president and Xavier Ilincheta unveiled the plaque. And the evening could not have ended better, with Barça storming to a spectacular victory that ensured that the long journey had been more than worthwhile.
