Barça 39-30 Bada Huesca: 50th anniversary Palau celebratory win

There is no better way to celebrate the 50th anniversary than with a win: Barça took a 39-30 victoty against Bada Huesca to retain their 100% record in the league. 

The home side started strongly with Maciel making several important saves and the attack firing on all cylinders. The visitors needed a little over five minutes to score their first goal of the evening. 

Àngel Fernández, Dika Mem, N'Guessan and Frade all made significant contributions in the first half and helped the blaugranes to a 17-14 lead at the break, the visitors mounting a comeback before half time to reduce the home side's lead to just three goals.

In the second half Pérez de Vargas took over in goal and kept Huesca at bay whilst Frenchman Dika Mem took control down the other end a he ended the contest with 11 goals from the 39-30 victory, an excellent tribute to 50 years of the Palau Blaugrana with Barça remaining at the top of the Sacyr Asobal League with seven wins out seven so far this season.
