Barça 39-23 Fraikin Granollers: The derby is blaugrana!

From the opening whistle Xavi Pascual's men went looking for the win, and goals from Frade, Langaro and Aleix Gómez saw the hosts go seven up (12-5). By the break the gap had widened to 20-11, and nothing jeopardised Barça's victory in the second half either.

Praise

Frade and Ludovic Fabregas were inspired, and with a defensive performance that was also worthy of praise, Barça eased to a 39-23 victory, a 33rd win in 33 Asobal League games.

The next challenge is against Frigoríficos Morrazo Cangas at the Palau Blaugrana (Saturday, May 29, 12 noon CEST).
