Barça 42-34 HC Motor: Historic full house

Barça have completed a perfect Champions League group stage. With today’s defeat of HC Motor that 14 wins in 14 games, the first time a team has ever managed 100 per cent in the current format. And they did it in a game they were trailing until a spectacular 6-1 streak changed the whole pattern of the game.

That scare behind them, they looked much the better side after the break, with Ariño outstanding in defence, and needing do so with the exceptional Viachaslau Bokhan scoring 11 goals for the Ukrainians. But that was not enough for them to prevent Barça putting together a historic win.
