Andreu Plaza’s side earned a point in the match against Inter Movistar which had everything: goals, intensity and emotion right until the end.
The game started with an electric rhythm and without either team dominating the game. Both Ricardinho and Lozano hit the post in the opening few minutes, before a great individual move by Arthur to assist Esquerdinha, saw Barça Lassa go 1-0 up.
Inter began to open up more, and that allowed the hosts to pick them off with Ferrao soon making it 2-0. Only then did the visitors react, Elisandro immediately halving the deficit (2-1, min.17). In the final moments of the first half, Elisandro again found the net to tie the score.
Inter were more aggressive at the beginning of the second half, but Juanjo was inspired in the Barça goal and stopped them on numerous occasions. Against the run of play, Lozano made it 3-2 to the hosts (min.28), before Elisandro completed his hat-trick just after the half hour to tie things up again.
Just a minute later, Arthur sent the home fans wild with a fourth (min.32), but they were quiet again within 60 seconds as Ricardinho, incredibly, brought the scores level (4-4, min.33).
