The Barça futsal team now know who they will face in the Main Round of the UEFA Futsal Champions League. After the draw on Monday they will have been pitted against Levante, Zalgiris Kaunas and Viten Orsha from Belarus.
The hosts in the Main Round will be Zalgiris with the games to be played between 26 and 31 October in Kaunas, Lithuania.
In the Main Round there are four groups of four teams and the top three go through to the next round. Barça have the best UEFA coefficient so have avoided the other three top seeds: the current champions Sporting CP from Portugal, Kairat from Kazakhstan and Benfica, also from Portugal.
The groups are as follows:
- Group 1: Benfica, Sinara, Halle-Gooik and Lucenec (host)
- Group 2: Sporting CP, Dobovec (host), Atyrau and ACCS.
- Group 3: Barça, Levante, Zalgiris (host) and Viten Orsha
- Group 4: Kairat Almaty, Tyumen, Pesarand (host) and Plzen.
