• How can I cancel my subscription?

  You will be able to modify or cancel your subscription in the “My Account” section of the website and app. The cancelation will be effective once the current billing period ends.

• What devices does BarçaTV+ work on?

  BarçaTV+ can be accessed across desktop, tablet and mobile devices with up-to-date browsers, via the desktop and mobile versions of the official FC Barcelona website or via the official club iOS and Android apps on mobile or tablet. You can also cast BarçaTV+ to specific Smart TVs and digital media players such as Chromecast, Android TV, Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV.

• How can I access the available discounts?

• How many devices can connect simultaneously to Barça TV+?

  Your username can play content on up to 3 different devices simultaneously.

  Should you try to connect a fourth device and play content, a message will appear telling you that the maximum device number has been reached.

• Does my pack have a tracking number?

  Yes, as soon as the pack leaves our warehouse you will receive an email from our courier with the tracking code.
