After Friday’s win in the final Euroleague regular season game, the Barça Lassa basketball team continued their good form with a 17-point win at Cafés Candelas Breogán to stay top of the league as coach Pesic made it to 150 ACB victories in 205 games.
The Galicians competed early on and even led the first period by six points. But there was no surprise on the cards once Barça started finding the three, with Singleton on fire and the second period seeing a total switchover in affairs – it ended 38-46.
Claver, Pangos and Tomic all excelled after the restart as the difference built up to a definitive +21. The final period was going to be a mere formality.
The home side managed to cut down the margin in the last quarter of an hour, but they were never going to get back into this match and Barça Lassa stay strong at the top of the table.
