After last weekend’s success in qualifying for the Final Four of the UEFA Futsal Cup, the Club announced on Tuesday that they would be applying to UEFA to host the play offs in Lerida – repeating the successful experience of two seasons ago.

Midweek draw

The futsal team were also in action, drawing 2-2 with Rios Renovables on Thursday night. Marc Carmona’s side had to pull back a two goal deficit as Roger Serrano – on loan from Barça - put the visitors two up  before Aircardo and Lin levelled the scores. After a hectic November – nine games, with eight wins and just the single draw – the team have a short break before returning to action away to Montesinos Jumilla on December 6th.

Big win for handball team

The Club’s handball team also won big in midweek, beating  Juanfersa Grupo Fegar 21-45  and on Saturday they welcome Vardar Skopje – the only side to take a point from them so far this season – to the Palau in Round 7 of the Champions League. The roller hockey team are in action at the Palau this weekend too, taking on CP Cerceda on Sunday in round 8 of the OK Liga.
