Ramon Pont is the oldest member of the board (Tàrrega, 1 April 1937, member 68,583) and has had a long career as president of the Grup Borges, the family owned leader in olive oils and nuts.  Pont studied  Business Administration at the University of Georgia (USA), qualified as an industrial engineer from  the Escola d’Enginyeria Tècnica de Barcelona  and has been a business professor at the Escuela de Altos Estudios Mercantiles de Barcelona. Amongst other posts he has held are the international presidency of  AIESEC (Associació Internacional d’Estudiants de Ciències Econòmiques i Empresarials),president of FEDIOL (Federació Europea de les Empreses del sector d’Extracció i Refinació dels Olis Vegetals), and national president of the Jove Cambra. In the previous Board of Directors, Pont was the first vice president of the FCB Foundation.
