Speaker Biography:

In his fifth season as Director of Digital Experience with the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter, TJ Ansley oversees the execution of all digital media and mobile app development for the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter properties. During his tenure with Portland, Ansley and the team have received top honors from peers in the NBA with the Digital Innovator Award in 2016 and 2017 and the top NBA Twitter account by Complex Magazine three years running. Previously Ansley spent four seasons with the Columbus Crew of MLS overseeing all digital content. While in Columbus, Ansley was awarded the 2012 MLS Digital Lead of the Year for his leadership and innovation in digital media. Ansley is a native of Ohio and attended Eastern Michigan University, where he majored in Communication Technology. He and his wife, Kelly, and their two children, Hudson and Phoebe, reside in Southeast Portland.

The more we know about our fans, the more we can personalize the content for them. As fans interact with our content, mobile app, website we know more about our fans which we can use to market certain offers, content and more to them. Once you know your fan, you can market smarter.
