Maria Teixidor (Barcelona, 8 October 1975; member 45.277) is a graduate in law from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. She has a Higher University Course in Mediation at Rey Juan Carlos University, a Workshop in Mediation of Intellectual Property at the OMPI Arbitration and Mediation Centre in Geneva and a Learning to Grow course from IESE. 

She has developed her career as an advisor to cultural companies, publishers, foundations, associations and technological start-ups, also specialising in the area of alternative conflict resolution, again, on-line. Partner in BCN RESOL ODR SOLUTIONS, S.L, she created the first application for detecting bullying and mediation in schools. She is also a director of MPD – Modelo de Prevención de Delitos, S.L., which designs, produces and implements a model for the prevention of crime. 

She has been involved wiht the Information Technologies section at ICAB (2013-2016) and she is a lecturer and organiser of different workshops on intellectual property and a professor at the Toulouse Business School in Barcelona.

She started out as a professional with Jufresa y Asociados, Abogados Penalistas, and was vice-manager of the Centre de Catalunya de Visual Entitat de Gestió d’Artistes Plàstics (VEGAP), an associate lawyer in the field of intellectual property at Roca Junyent Advocats and co-founder of the start-up Red Points Solutions, S.L. After the elections of 18 July 2015, Teixidor joined the FC Barcelona board of directors as vice-secretary. In 2017 she assumed the presidency of the Grup Edelmira Calvetó.
