Emili Rousaud (Barcelona, 27 April 1966; member 33.974) is a graduate in business science and MBA from ESADE, a graduate in business administration and management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and has a masters in tax consultancy and management from ESADE. As a professional, he is a founder and director general of Factor Energia, S.A. (the first electricity company to have been created in the free market), which he combines with the vice-presidency of Catalan company PIMEC. He is also a member of the Spanish Committee of Electricity Market Agents and the promoter and founding member of the Association of Independent Energy Traders (ACIE), and the second vice-president of the Catalan Energy Management Group (GGE). He is also an associate lecturer of marketing in the faculty of journalism and audiovisual communication at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. After the elections of 18 July 2015, Rousaud joined the FC Barcelona Board of Directors.
