FC Barcelona is running a campaign at the Camp Nou to inform supporters and Club members about the smoking ban in to come into place at the stadium, the Palau and the Miniestadi.

This is the first phase of the campaign 'Barça sense fum'  - Barça without smoke- before the complete ban on smoking agreed to by the Members Assembley comes into force on January 1st.

Supporters coming to the ground will see the information about the campaign, with information sheets and badges with the slogan 'Barça sense fum' to be handed out, as a well as a large banner on the footbridge at the entrance to the Museum, on the gates to the stadium, the electronic stadium advertising, advertising hoardings around the pitch and on all the tickets sold via the ticket offices and home printed Servi Caixa and Internet tickets.

No smoking in corridors and closed spaces

As well as this information campaign, smoking will be controlled in all the passageways, corridors and internal spaces of the stadium. The total ban on smoking in the stadium will come into force on January 1st 2012.

FC Barcelona has decided on a 'Barça sense fum', after the proposal was ratified by a massive majority at the last Members Assembly with 538 votes in favour, 89 against and 38 null votes.
