1. Who can contract an event at the Camp Nou?

An event can be contracted by companies, agencies and private parties (whether or not they are members).

2. What information do I need in order to prepare a proposal?

We need information on the estimated date of the event, the approximate times and the services required (catering, audiovisuals, tour, etc...) as well as the estimated number of guests.

3. What kind of event can I hold at the Camp Nou?

All kinds of event can he held and in different formats, from 25 people to 5000: Meetings, catering services, tour, various activities, weddings and other family celebrations, etc...

4. On what are events at the Camp Nou based?

An event at the Camp Nou normally involves the hire of the space, catering service and other extras to be agreed.

5. When can I hold an event at the Camp Nou?

An event can always be held at the Camp Nou although availability must be checked in order to make sure that there is not already another event contracted on the same day or that the event coincides with a match day.

6. What do I have to do to contract an event?

To guarantee the reservation, the services contract must be accepted and signed and payment must be made of 20% of the estimated total and the remaining 100% must be settled before the event.

7. Until when can I modify the information/reservation for my event?

Any modifications to the number of guests can be made up to 3 working days before the date of the event. For other services, please consult for each specific case.

8. What are the policies for the cancellation of an event?

Up to 10 natural days before the amount corresponding to the 20% already paid will be lost; between 9 and 2 natural days before the event, payment must be made of 50% of the approved cost. In the 24 hours prior to the day of the reservation, payment must be made of the full 100% of the approved budget.

9. How many rooms/spaces does FC Barcelona have on offer?

12 rooms + outdoor spaces and sports facilities. The largest room that the club has is the 1,000 m2 Grandstand Hall, while the terrace-auditorium space can be used to host events for up to 5,000 guests.

10. Can I hold an event on a match day?

On match days, we can offer an exclusive cocktail reception, 90 minutes before the match kicks off. For further information please order the product called the "Match Day Cocktail".

11. Can I play a match at the Camp Nou?

This is possible during the football close season. Request information on the product called "You Play"

12. What complementary services does the Club offer?

The Meetings & Events department directly manages any complementary services: Catering, hostesses, sports services, audiovisuals, etc...

13. What services can FC Barcelona offer for my wedding?

We can provide all of the spaces and services for the holding of your wedding: the spaces, catering services, ceremony service, photographer, and in general all of the services required for holding your wedding.

14. What kind of activities can I do at FC Barcelona?

Activities can be organised ranging from a visit to the Museum, the services of the FCB Escola for such events as tournaments, matches, football clinics, or specially designed team building exercises for your group.

15. How do I get to the Camp Nou?

Busses and vehicles can enter the stadium via access 14 and drop off or collect guests at the same gate to the stadium. We have a 24 hour taxi service just outside the stadium, at access 7. For all events, free parking is provided inside the stadium itself, except on match days.
