  1. 01. What can I do to see matches in the Palau Blaugrana?

    Season tickets for the Palau Blaugrana:

    Complete season ticket:

    Members get, as in previous seasons, a seat reserved for games involving all 4 of the club’s professional sections (Basketball, Handball, Roller Hockey and Futsal).

    Availability:
    For the present season, Zone 1 of the Palau is fully reserved, so there is no possibility of new season tickets. However, seats are available in the other zones of the Palau.
    Season tickets for sections:

    New for the 2006-07 season, members interested in watching only one particular section can obtain season tickets just for that sport and the save on the cost of watching the other sections.The season ticket for sections guarantees a seat for the chosen sport. Remember that with a membership card you get in free to see all Handball, Roller Hockey and Futsal matches.

    To change the modality of your season ticket, you should contact the Barcelona Supporter Service Office.

  2. 2. On what days and at what times can I visit the Museum and go on the Camp Nou Tour?*

    Museum:

    Unguided visit and panoramic view of the Stadium from the second tier

    Opening times:
    Our museum can be visited from Monday to Saturday from 10.00 to 18.30, and on Sundays and public holidays from 10.00m to 14.30.
    The museum is closed on 1/1, 6/1 and 25/12.
    On match days the museum closes three hours before kick off. On Champions League match days the stadium is closed from 13.00.
    Camp Nou Tour:
    Opening times:
    Monday to Saturday from 10.00 to 17.30; Sundays and holidays from 10.00 to 13.30.
    On match days the Stadium is closed four hours before kick off.
    On Champions League match days there are no Camp Nou tours. More information.

  3. 3. How much do the Camp Nou Tour and Museum cost? Are there any discounts?

    The Museum and Camp Nou Tours are free for members. Just show your fully paid membership card at the ticket offices.

    The prices for non-members are:
    Adult Museum Ticket - 8,50€
    Children’s Museum Ticket -6,80€
    Adult guided tour - 17€(includes visit to Barça Virtual Reality)
    Children’s guided tour - 14€ (includes visit to Barça Virtual Reality)

    There are special discounts for groups of more than 20 people and for Bus Turístic passengers, Barça supporters clubs, OAPs and students.

  5. 5. Can I travel to away matches with the first team?

    Yes, FC Barcelona in collaboration with the RACC organise away trips with the first team. For more information and costs phone the RACC on 93 5080127.

    If you do not want the complete travel package, you can buy tickets for away matches at the Taquillas del club. For information about availability, phone 902 1899 00.

  6. 6. When can I buy FC Barcelona articles?

    Official FC Barcelona articles can be found in “FCBotiga”, located within the club grounds. They can also be purchased at the new sales point for members and other fans, located at gate 54 to the Camp Nou and open on all match days.

    Other Barça stores where you can find official articles: carrer Provença, number 439 (opposite Sagrada Família temple), at the Maremagnum shopping mall, Ronda Universitat, Jaume I number 18, Sants Station (Tel. 93 490 9926), El Prat de Llobregat airport (Tel. 93 298 3412), Lloret de Mar, La Jonquera service station, Girona train station, Las Arenas shopping mall in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria (Tel. 92 822 2537).

    They can also be found in El Corte Inglés department stores and most sports shops around Spain.

  7. 7. When is FCBotiga open?

    FCBotiga is open Monday to Saturday from 10.00 to 19.00. On Sundays when there is no game at the Camp Nou from 10.30 to 14.30. On match days FCBotiga is open until 5 minutes before kick off.

    On work days during the summer timetable, the shop is open until 19.30. La Botiga is closed on December 25 and 26 and January 1 and 2.

  9. 9. Does FC Barcelona organise children’s activities?

    There is a football school that trains future generations of footballers.
    It is divided into three levels:
    Initiation school (from 6 to 8 years)
    Pre-training school (from 8 to 10 years)
    Training school (from 10 to 12 years)
    Potential children have to pass a trial before being accepted. The course lasts from September to July and training sessions are held from Monday to Thursday from 18.00 to 19.00, and there are games on Saturdays from 9.00 to 14.00.

    To set a time and day for a trial, phone 93 496 36 71, Monday to Friday from 17.00 to 20.00.

    Technical School

    Created to teach pupils more about football skills and techniques.

    Open to all boys and girls at FCBEscola and other clubs and schools in the country from 6 to 16 years as well as club coaching staff.

    Classes are held on Fridays from 18.00 to 21.00 from October to June.

  10. 10. What is the Documentation Centre. What can I consult there?

    Located on the second floor of the Club Museum, (in the Camp Nou Grandstand), the Documentation Centre is dedicated to the history of FC Barcelona and is divided into a Press Archive, Library, Historic Archive and Photography Archive. It was inaugurated in 1994 and is free to anybody with an interest in learning more about our club’s past.

    There are no lending services, but photocopies can be made. It is open from Monday to Thursday from 10.00 to 14.00 and 16.00 to 18.30 and on Fridays from 10.00 to 15.00.

    You must arrange your first visit by telephone (thus avoiding having to pay to get into the Museum), unless you are cardholding member, in which case you can get in for free.

    To get to the Centre, enter the stadium through access 9, go to the Museum ticket offices and collect your invitation. If you need to come several times, make sure you get a free pass for those days.

  11. 11. Can I hire any club facilities for private and / or company events (football pitches, boxes, etc.)?

    FC Barcelona is now making its facilities and spaces available to companies and private parties (lounges, 7 a side football pitches, etc) so that they can be used to host a whole range of activities and events, such as presentations, company meetings, weddings, birthdays, etc. Members enjoy a major discount on the cost of hire.

  12. 12. Is it possible to get my photo taken with members of the first team?

    FC Barcelona offers the possibility of children having their photo taken with their heroes in the build-up to matches.
    Only for members
    Aged between 4 and 12 years at the time of making the subscription.
    An application should be made to the Barcelona Supporter Service Office, along with a copy of your membership card and provision of a contact phone number.

    The club will contact the child’s parents or guardians and supply all the necessary instructions plus the time and day of the meeting.

    There is a waiting list of several months between the arrival of the application and the moment that the photograph is taken.

  13. 13. Is it possible to attend first team training sessions?

    Training sessions are held at the Ciutat Esportiva de Sant Joan Despí, and are behind closed doors. When training sessions are open to the general public, the club announced this beforehand on its website at www.fcbarcelona.cat.

    Fundació FC Barcelona is a charity cultural foundation that operates primarily in Catalonia, and whose main aim is to promote, as a non-profit venture, the sporting, cultural and social dimensions of Futbol Club Barcelona as part of the sporting and cultural community in society as a whole.

  16. 16. What activities are organised in the ice rink?

    You can learn to skate on the rink with qualified instructors. We offer level-structured courses to everybody aged four and up. The rink also has a bar/restaurant that is open for people to use for celebrating birthday parties.

    Opening times:
    From monday to Thursday, from 10.00 to 14.00 and 16.00 to 18.00. Friday from 10.00 to 14.00 and 16.00 to 20.00. Weekends and holidays from 10:30 to 14 and from 17:15 to 20:00.
    *Check timetable for the school holiday period.
    Remember: use of gloves is obligatory

    FCB Skating School
    The Ice Rink also has its own skating school, with classes for all ages and levels, from total beginners to high level skaters interested in honing their techniques. The courses last three months and are for one hour a week. There are intensive courses in July. Limited places.
