01. How do I get to the Camp Nou?

The FC Barcelona stadium is in Avinguda Arístides Maillol s/n, in the Les Corts district of Barcelona.

02. Are the facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities?

Access to the Camp Nou is adapted to the needs of people with mobility problems, who should enter the stadium via accesses 1 to 14, at the south end of the Grandstand. Disabled people should always enter the ground through gate 62.

Inside the stadium there are two adapted ramps, located by the goals in the first tier, which are designed for wheelchair users. Please contact the club (Seating department) to ask about availability. If coming with an assistant, that person gets in for free. The bathrooms are also adapted for the disabled.

There are parking spaces for the physically disabled just outside the ground, in Arístides Maillol, from access 14 as far as the club offices.

Museum visits are also adapted for the disabled. We are currently working on adapting the Camp Nou to make the Camp Nou Tour also accessible to people with mobility problems.

03. How can I buy football tickets? Can they be purchased in advance?

Members can by tickets in advance for all League and Champions league matches played at the Camp Nou, and for basketball matches played in the Palau Blaugrana, through the usual sales channels (at a discount of up to 40%). A maximum of two tickets per member can be purchased in advance, with the discount being applied to the first ticket only.

Members get special discounts of 20% (except for A+ matches) on the price of tickets. They can also buy tickets in advance from the start of the season.

05. Are there discounts on the price of tickets?

Members get special discounts of 20% (except for A+ matches) on the price of tickets for games at the Camp Nou.

Barça people (Gent del Barça) members get 5% discounts on the price of tickets.

06. How does the Free Seat (Seient Lliure) system work?

The club provides members that have full season tickets, weekend only season tickets or Palau season tickets but cannot attend a certain match, the option of the Seient Lliure service, by which they can free their seat and allow another Barcelona supporter to use it.

If the seat sold, the member receives a 50% return on the sale cost (VAT has to be discounted from the total cost plus handling fees *). This profit is deducted from the cost of the following year's season ticket. Remember that the cost of the ticket will vary subject to discounts and promotions.

You just have to enter your membership reference number and personal number (in capitals) and follow the instructions for use.

Please note that the same seat cannot accumulate more than 90% of the cost of the following year's season ticket.

At any time, members can:
- put their seat on sale
- recuperate an unsold seat
- check the state of their seat (on sale/purchased)
- change their personal reference number
- check their balance

07. How can I get information about the events taking place before matches?

By phoning 902 1899 00 or visiting the www.fcbarcelona.cat website, which offers information about the activities taking place before matches played at the Camp Nou, which may include musical performances, fun and sporting activities for children or adults, exhibitions, etc. The media also provide ample coverage of these events.

08. Is there a Kindergarten for small children on match days?

The club has a children's crèche, located at gate 68 in the Lateral zone, which looks after children aged 2 to 12 years. It is open on all match days. The monitors and supervisors working in the crèche are experienced, having been trained at the Fundació Pere Tarrés.

Opening hours:
From one hour before to one hour after the game.

Inscription:
The monitors will provide the parents (or people in charge of the children) with an authorisation form that must be filled in at the moment when the children are left.

Collection:
The child must be collected by same person that left him or her at the crèche; in any other case, the monitors should be advised of any changes beforehand.

Observations:
We inform you that the maximum capacity for children in this crèche is between 25 and 30. If this maximum number is reached, we regret that we will not be able to admit any further children into the crèche.

The age limit for children that can use this service is 12 years. We remind you that children aged up to 7 years can enter the stadium free of charge as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Children aged 3 to 8 should bring their own snack or supper, if relevant.

09. Can I park my car at the Camp Nou?

On the days of football matches there is no parking within the Camp Nou grounds unless you have a parking permit. On days when there are no matches, or when there is a game in the Palau Blaugrana, members can park in the area in front of the facade of the main Grandstand for all your administrative needs at FC Barcelona.

There are no parking spaces available at the moment.
