1. What types of football season tickets are there? What are the Complete Season Ticket and the League Season Ticket?

The Complete Season Ticket gives members the right to attend, always in the same seat (except in cases of force majeure or when official competition rules dictate otherwise), matches played at the Camp Nou in these official competitions: La Liga, Champions League, Europa League and Copa del Rey. It is automatically renewed at the end of each season.

The League Season Ticket grants the right to attend, always in the same seat, matches in the Liga de Fútbol Profesional and the Copa del Rey. The club offers the possibility for members with a Complete Season Ticket to switch to a League Season Ticket, thus saving 25% of the total cost of the Complete Season Ticket. At the end of each season when the ticket is renewed, the season ticket will always return to the status of being a Complete Season Ticket. The money will be paid into the applicant member’s bank account once the change of ticket type has been formalised at the Barcelona Supporter Services Office.

The Definitive League Season Ticket, unlike the League Season Ticket, and as its name suggest, is definitive forever.

The club also offers packages of tickets at special discounts for members, for further information at question number 2.

2. What are the tickets packages (Leaguex3, x6, x9 and x12)? How can they be obtained? How do they work?

These tickets are valid for 3, 6, 9 and 12 matches (one ticket per match) respectively with a major discount with respect to the individual price of tickets. These multi-match tickets are valid for the current season and there is no need to decide which matches you will use them for at the moment of purchase.

For football, these tickets are valid for any match in the Liga de Futbol Profesional except for the one with Real Madrid.

The basketball packages are valid for any match in the ACB League regular season (except for the match against Real Madrid and the play-offs) and the Euroleague (except for matches in the Top 16).

How are they purchased?

Both members and non members can purchase them. Child and senior members with paid up memberships enjoy an additional discount on the price of sale to the general public (only one discounted multi-match ticket per member).

Remember that the money is not returned if you have not used up all of the matches.

How do they work?

Once your order has been charged correctly, you will receive an email at your email address with the proof of purchase and a two dimensional code. If you lose it, you can order another one by sending an email to Supporters Office.

To collect the tickets, you simply have to present the two dimensional code at the club ticket offices (accesses 9 and 14) for your chosen matches (except excluded matches) and whenever you choose. We remind you that seats are subject to availability for the match in question at the moment that you collect the ticket.


3. How can I get a season ticket?

To get a season ticket you must be a fully paid up member of the club.

The general public can purchase season tickets for handball, roller hockey and futsal.

There are currently no season tickets available for football (neither the Complete Season Ticket nor the League Season Ticket), or for basketball. The club offers members interested in acquiring a football season ticket the option of signing up for the waiting list.

The first time that you acquire a Complete Season Ticket for the stadium, in addition to paying for the first season, you must also pay for the following six seasons at non refundable cost.

4. Football waiting list: How do I register? How do I renew my place in the list? How can I view the list?

The Club maintains an open waiting list of members that have no season ticket.

INSCRIPTION: Inscriptions will only be accepted from non season ticket holding members in the Youth and Adult categories that have been members for at least two years, and that are up to date with payment of their membership fees. This inscription will be made in person at the Supporter Office by the membership cardholder who must present their national ID card. In the case of minors, the inscription must be requested by the parents or legal guardians, who should present the family documents.

RATIFICATION:  All members registered for the waiting list must annually ratify their inscription in person at the Supporter Office by presenting their national ID card. This ratification must be made within the periods established by the Club (from October 15 to January 7). Members that do not ratify their inscription within the required period will lose their rights and will have their names removed from the waiting list. All members registered until June 30 of the current year must present their ratification by means of the aforesaid process.

In the case of minors, the ratification can be made by the parents or legal guardians, who should present the family documents.

CHECKING THE WAITING LIST: the club offers members registered for the waiting list the chance to check their position in the website.To check the list, you will need to provide your membership code and PIN.

Members registered after the numbering process in January will not get a number until the next numbering process.


5. Season tickets for other sports (handball, roller hockey and futsal) and Mini estadi: How much do they cost? How can they be obtained?

 There are specific season tickets for handball, futsal and roller hockey.

FC Barcelona members get free tickets for all matches played by the handball, roller hockey and futsal teams provided there are seats available. This does not include European semi finals and finals.

Members wishing to enjoy a complete season can avoid queues at the ticket offices and be guaranteed the same seat for each match can order a season ticket for one or more sports. The following links offer information on prices, periods and application procedures for each sports section:

6. Parking Season Ticket

On days of football matches, parking is not allowed at the Camp Nou premises without a parking season ticket.

Only valid for a single vehicle (motorbike or car).

At the moment there are no parking season tickets available, but the club is looking into new ways for people to come to matches in their own vehicle. If any of these new methods is implemented successfully, the possibility will be offered of signing up for a waiting list that the club will provide to members.

7. I would like to transfer my season ticket to another member. How is it done? How much does it cost?

Please remember that, as established in the Club Statutes, onerous transfer of season tickets is forbidden.

Members that which to transfer or change the name of a season ticket holder (whether complete or league in the Camp Nou, complete for basketball in the Palau Blaugrana, for parking or for the Mini Estadi) can do so by observing the following procedure as long as they satisfy the established requirements.

Changes of season ticket holder are not permitted for other types of season ticket (other sports sections)

The transfer or change of name of a season ticket holder is only permitted when the beneficiary member satisfies one of the following two requirements:

  • Ties of kindship of up to a second degree with the member. This include the following: parents to sons/daughters, grandparents to grandsons/grandaughters among married couples or in cohabitation (registered), between brothers/sisters and brothers/sisters-in-law and parents to sons/daughters-in-law.
  • Having been registered on the waiting list for a minimum of two years, and having been a member for the last 5 years running

In all cases, the following requirements must be met:

  • Beneficiary members cannot be a season ticket holder at the same venue (one season ticket per member)
  • None of the members involved may have executed a season ticket transfer for the previous 24 months
  • All membership cards and season tickets are up to date on their fee payments.
  • Transfers cannot be executed if there are any matches freed and sold for future matches. In all cases, you may wait until past the date of the last match freed and sold so as to execute the procedure

To make the transaction, interested members must go in person to the Supporter Office and present the following documentation:

  • Letter of transfer signed by the membership cardholder. If the season ticket holder cannot attend the Club’s offices to execute this procedure, the signature on this form must be authenticated by a notary.
  • National ID card of all members involved.
  • Family documents and other documents that irrefutably accredit the family relationship between the members involved.
  • When making the change of name the corresponding fees must be paid:

We consider a registered domestic partner to be:

A partner shall be considered stable in any of the following cases:

  • If they have lived together for more than two consecutive years
  • If during their time living together, they have had one child togethe
  • If the relationship is formalised by public deed

Documentation:

One of the following:

  • Public deed in which the relationship was formalised
  • Inscription in the civil register of domestic partnerships
  • Certificate of the municipal register that accredits that they have been living together for two consecutive years
  • Family documents showing record of the child they have had together

If the season ticket holder is under 18, the letter of transfet must be signed by the legal guardians.

8. How can I add my name to the season ticket of a deceased member?

In case of decease of the season ticket holding member (whether that is a complete or league season ticket for the stadium, complete basketball season ticket for the Palau Blaugrana, or parking or Mini Estadi season ticket) an heir may change the name on the season ticket to their own as long as they satisfy one of the following two requirements:

  • Ties of kinship of up to second degree with the member, this includes the following: parents to sons/daughters, grandparents to grandsons/daughters, among married couples or in cohabitation (registered), between brothers/sisters and brothers/sisters-in-law, and parents- to sons/daughters-in-law.
  • Having been registered on the waiting list for a minimum of two years, and having been a member for the last 5 years running.

In these cases the heirs must inform the club of the death of the season ticket holder (See section "Queries about membership card", question 17) and report their intention of making a change of name within the maximum period of one year.

To make the change of name, the beneficiary must come in person to the Supporte Office and present the following documentation:

  • Death certificate.
  • Documentation accrediting the condition of heir (will or declaration before notary by interested heirs).
  • If there is more than one heir, renunciation letter ,signed by the remaining heirs, who if not present in the club offices at the time of the transaction, must have their signature legitimated by a notary.
  • National ID card of heirs.

Family documents and other documents that irrefutably accredit the family relationship between the members involved.

At the time of the change of name, the corresponding fees must be paid:

9. I have lost my season ticket. How can I get a duplicate?

If you lose your season ticket, you will need to apply for a duplicate by providing the following documentation:

  • Original national ID card or other identification document.

If the season ticket holder would like to delegate the application for a duplicate to somebody else they must provide authorisation signed by the member and photocopies of the two national ID cards.

If the loss occurs during transactions in relation with banks, a certificate from the bank must also be provided that proves and justifies that the payment has been made. In this case the duplicate is free.

If the season ticket holder is under 18, the duplicate application form must be signed by the parents or legal guardians

Fees:

  • First duplicate in a season €10 (€5 for members with an age card).
  • Second duplicate in the same season: 25% of the value of the season ticket.
  • Third duplicate in the same season: Intervention of the club’s disciplinary commission to open an investigation into the member requesting a third duplicate in order to verify the circumstances behind the situation.

In the case of duplicates sent by certified mail or messenger service, there shall be a supplementary fee of €5 to cover postage costs.

The application can be made via any of the following channels: (email OAB), (fax OAB), or in person at the Supporters Office).

10. How can I change the type of season ticket (Complete--League)?

The club offers the possibility for members with a Complete Season Ticket to change to a League Season Ticket, thus saving 25% of the cost of a Complete Season Ticket. At the end of each season when the renewal takes place, the season ticket always reverts to Complete Season Ticket status.

In order change the season ticket type, members should always come in person from the start of the season until the date of the first Champions League match in our stadium.

The difference in price is paid at the moment that the change is made at the Barcelona Supporter Services Office.

11. How can I change my seat because of mobility problems?

Members with health and mobility problems and that would like to change their season ticket seat must make an application and attach the following documentation:

  • Photocopy of national ID card
  • Document accrediting the need to change (medical report or similar).

We remind you that given the lack of free seats and the large number of such requests, that despite the Club’s best efforts, we cannot guarantee a favourable solution for your request.

12. I would like to change my seat to be near relatives.

Members that would like to change their season ticket seat in order to sit near their families must make an application and attach the following documentation:

  • Photocopy of national ID card
  • Document accrediting the family relationship

We remind you that given the lack of free seats and the large number of such requests, that despite the Club’s best efforts, we cannot guarantee a favourable solution for your request.

13. How can I change my seat for a better one (upgrade)?

The club offers a seat upgrade process every year, which is open to all season ticket holding members without any need to register previously for any waiting list.

In mid February or early March, the club will publicly announce with sufficient warning via its website the period and procedures for said process.

As a general rule, the number of seats available for upgrade varies each year depending on the number of season tickets recovered by the club. Once the opening of the process has been announced, interested members will have to register beforehand on the club website

The upgrade process is accessible to all members who are up to date with their membership and season ticket fees and that have not made a change of name or exchange of seat in the previous season, or a seat upgrade in either of the previous two seasons. As a general rule, preference in the registration process will be given to members that the previous season complied with the full stadium criteria and also longer serving members.

Registered members must come in person and present their national ID card at the club offices on the date and at the time announced in order to check availability. If the membership cardholder cannot attend, the person representing them must present authorisation that has been filled in and signed by the cardholder and also the national ID card of the cardholder and the authorised person.

We remind you that, if the change is made, you must pay at that moment the corresponding fees and that the change will not come into effect until the start of the following season.

If the changed seats are in the same zone of the stadium, the change is free. If the seats are in different zones of the stadium, at the time of the transaction, three times the price difference must be paid as a non refundable cost.

14. How can I swap my seat with that of another member (season ticket exchange)?

The club allows the exchange of seats between two season ticket holding members as long as the following requirements are satisfied:

  • None of the members involved have executed an exchange of season tickets during the previous 12 months.
  • All membership cards and season tickets are up to date on fee payments.
  • Exchange of season tickets cannot be executed if there are any matches freed and sold for future matches. In all cases, you may wait until past the date of the last match freed and sold so as to execute the procedure.
  • Exchange of season tickets must be executed between Complete Season Tickets or League Season Tickets, always within the same category.

To make the exchange the following documentation must be presented:

  • Agreement between the two membership cardholders regarding the seats to be exchanged (the standard form can be downloaded from here) which must be duly filled in and signed by both. If the cardholders do not both come in person to the club offices for this transaction, the agreement must be signed and legitimated before a notary.
  • Photocopy of the national ID cards of both cardholders

Changes by means of such exchanges will come into immediate effect.

Fees:

If the exchanged seats are in the same zone of the stadium, the change is free. If the seats are in different zones of the stadium, at the time of the transaction the price difference must be paid at non refundable cost in accordance with the regulations for a change of name (for further information).

If it is necessary to send the season tickets by certified mail or messenger service, payment must be made of a supplementary fee of €3 to cover postage costs.

The application can be made via any of the following channels: OAB mail, or in person at the supporters Office.

15. How is the ticket season renewed? When is it renewed?

Subject to the stipulations of article 10.4 of the statutes, season tickets are automatically renewed each season, as long as the membership fees are paid and renewed accordingly.

Each year, the club establishes a period of time for the renewal of season tickets, the start of which usually coincides with the end of the football season, from which moment the bank accounts of season ticket holding members start to be charged (generally in mid June) and the season tickets are sent. Remember that it is the member’s obligation to provide up to date bank details.  Further information see section " Queries about membership card", question number 9).

The membership card will arrive in mid August via:

  • The branch of the bank where you have your direct debit account if the club has a distribution agreement (the club currently has agreements with La Caixa, Caixa Catalunya, BSCH, Banco Popular, Banco Sabadell Atlàntic, Caixa Sabadell, Caixa Penedès, Caja Ahorros del Mediterráneo, Unim  and BBVA). In these cases, as long as the payment has not been rejected, you can collect your season ticket directly from these offices.
  • Certified mail or messenger service with proof of receipt sent to the postal address provided by the member in all other cases. Receipt of the season ticket does not imply that payment has been made of the same.

16. How can I cancel a season ticket?

To make a cancellation, the season ticket holder must request this in writing. Download the cancellation form, fill it in and attach a photocopy of your national ID card. Remember that in order to make the cancellation, the form must be duly signed.

In the case of minors, you must also attach a photocopy of the national ID card of the father, mother or legal guardian of the minor.

Once the cancellation has been made, you will receive a letter of confirmation. We remind you that the cancellation of a season ticket does not imply cancellation of membership, which must be requested expressly.

We remind you that in order to cancel your season ticket before the renewal period you must send your request before the date of 31/05.

The request to cancel your season ticket can be sent by email, by fax, by regular mail, or in person.

If the cancellation is effective, the return of the annual season ticket fee can be requested as long as:

  • Membership fees are up to date with payment.
  • The request is made before September 30.
  • The season ticket has not been used for any event during the current season, and neither has the Seient Lliure service been used

In these cases, the request must be presented in person to the OAB along with documentation showing proof of payment, the original season ticket and a photocopy of the national ID card. Once the request has been verified, the club will repay the annual season ticket fees.

17. Can I lend the season ticket to another person so they can attend a match?

Yes, you can lend the season ticket to somebody else. Please remember that, as established in the Club Statutes, onerous transfer of season tickets is forbidden.

18. Can I get into the stadium if I have left my season ticket at home?

As a general rule, you must present the membership card and season ticket in order to enter the stadium. In exceptional cases, the membership cardholder may go in person to the Supporters Office or the incident offices at the stadium, where he/she will be issued a match ticket following presentation of their national ID card.

19. I have a problem with my seat, how can I solve it?

If your seat in the Camp Nou is damaged or if there are problems with the facilities around you, tell the OAB what has happened.

To do so, you must contact the Club by email, by fax, by regular mail, by telephone or in person, indicating your personal details and explaining the problem.
