How can I view and modify my personal information?
Once you have entered the OAB online site and identified yourself correctly as a member, you can consult and modify your personal information. For security reasons, some modifications will require you to verify them via an email and/or identify yourself again as a Club member. Those tasks which cannot be done online should be done via the usual OAB contact channels.
I don’t remember my membership key code. What can I do?
If you need your membership key code and don’t have your membership card at hand, you can look it up on the OAB page.
For security reasons, you will be asked to respond to a number of questions to verify your identity (DNI, date of birth, etc).
I don’t remember my membership PIN number. What can I do?
Go to OAB Online. Go to the option “Remember my personal code” and follow the instructions. During this process you will be required to verify your identity via email.
I don’t have an email account, or I don’t remember which account I have activated for this service. What can I do?
To recover your active email address, contact the OAB through the other channels detailed on the OAB page. A series of validation tests will be required to ensure security.
You must have a valid current email address to carry out administrative tasks online, if you don’t have an email account, you should carry out these tasks through the channels detailed on the OAB page.
