Sergio Lozano named best player of the 2011/12 season

Sergio Lozano finished the perfect season, only missing out on the Spanish Super Cup, by winning the Best Player of the 2011/12 Season award. The player told www.fcbarcelona.com that the award is “the icing on the cake after an amazing season. I couldn’t have asked for anything else.” FC Barcelona Alusport’s striker, however, is very clear that winning the award would not have been possible “without the help from my teammates. We’re a team and that’s what allowed us to have such a successful season.”

Carmona, Ari and Cristian, also win awards

The other winners of the LNFS Awards are the manager Marc Carmona, best manager of the year, Ari Santos, best defender, and Cristian, best keeper - despite missing a large chuck of the season to injury.
