Tonight’s will be the ninth meeting between the two this season, with six wins for Barça and 2 for El Pozo so far, including wins for Barça in both the Spanish and King’s Cups.
The biggest crowd for a Futsal game at the Palau is 6872, from the fifth game of the play offs against Caja Segovia in the 2010/11 season and it’s expected that tonight’s game will see that record beaten.
FC Barcelona Alusport and El Pozo Múrcia – the two best teams in the Spanish league will play the fourth game of the Final Play Offs at the Palau at ten o’clock tonight – a venue that has become a fortress for Barça this season – with not a single defeat.

Barça come into this first match ball enjoying a great moment of form and it looks like the only thing that can stop them is nerves as they try to take the fact route to the title. The whole squad is aware of their position tough and they know that they are facing a tough and competitive opponent who deserve maximum respect.
Barça Alusport have however, been magnificent at the Palau this season, where they are unbeaten and with an expected record crowd expected Torras, Lozano, Fernandao, Sedano, Wilde and co have a great chance to take their third title on the run. Coach Marc Carmona can once again call on a full squad – as he has been able to throughout these play offs – and with the LNFS allowing an extra two players in the squad for the play offs, he has again brought in the youngsters Martel and Tolrà, who have impressed during this injury plagued season.
Coach Duda’s team is led on court by the veteran Kike and continues to be a competitive block, despite the loss of weight in the competition over recent years as Barça have burst onto the scene. Despite losing a series of big names, El Pozo have managed to renew their squad with young talent, who have responded brilliantly to one of the league’s leading coaches.
Pozo Múrcia always present a tough prospect and Barça will need to be especially careful with the in-form Álex – the play offs leading scorer with 11 goals -and Miguelín, who is back from injury and will bring his usual strength and power to the game.
