A fast and skilful player who uses his speed and ability to press forward down the left flank, Alba’s versatility also means that he can be used all over the pitch – even as an out and out winger. His technical ability is top notch and he has an excellent left foot which he uses to control the ball and bring it out of defence. He is only 1 metre 70 tall, but is a brave and exciting player who uses his speed to great effect at both ends of the pitch.
