From the Department for Tutorial Support to the Overall Support Service for Sportsmen and women, comprehensive support for the sportsmen and women is offered right from the moment they arrive at the Club until the day they leave. The tutor is a personal reference for the player during the season and helps them to settle in at the Club, supporting them in their efforts to improve their performance and accompanying them in all the areas of life in which help can be offered: academic, family, vocational, sporting and being there for them for whatever difficulties may come about (family, sporting, injuries, academic), etc.
This service is not just support for sportsmen and women at FC Barcelona but also for their families to help them with whatever questions they may have during their time with the Club. During the season the sportsmen or women will work together with their tutor on the objectives that have been set in all areas of their lives in order to help them grow into well rounded individuals.
This individual support, together with group tutorials with the team and the work the tutor does with the coaching staff, allows a holistic vision of the person as an individual.
