The FC Barcelona Board of Directors met for an ordinary session on Tuesday at the head offices and the most notable agreement is as follows:

Eduard Romeu stepping down as Vice president for the Economic area

The Board of Directors have officially accepted the resignation of Eduard Romeu as the Club's Vice president for the Economic Area. As was explained on 14 March, Eduard Romeu informed his intention to leave his post at FC Barcelona in order to fully concentrate on his professional work. The Board would like to reiterate their appreciation to the person who has been ultimately responsible for the Club's finances during the last three years while also laying down the foundations for the institution's financial recovery. Eduard Romeu will remain involved with the Club via the Barça Foundation and as an independent advisor for BIHUB.
