Starting position: stand face to face with a partner, about 3 metres apart, leaning on one leg
The knee and hip of the supporting leg slightly bent, forming a straight line with the ankle. Action: 1. Carry out the same action as in the previous excercise. 2. But when catching the ball you must touch the ground with the ball, bending the trunk, and recovering the position before passing the ball. 3. Repeat 10 times with each leg.
