Starting position: standing on both legs, slightly apart at the height of hip
The knees and hips slightly bent. In the view above the hip, knee and foot of each leg should form a straight line.
Action:
1. Perform 10 sideways jumps from one side of a line to the other.
2. Then do 10 jumps backwards and forwards over the line.
3. With each jump the knees must be lifted to chest height
