FC Barcelona and Real Madrid directors share pre-Clásico lunch

As is tradition, Real Madrid and FC Barcelona directors ate lunch together before this afternoon’s match at the Camp Nou. The pre-match lunch was held in the private hall of Liceu’s Gran Teatro [Grand Theater].

The Blaugrana were represented by President Sandro Rosell, the vice-presidents Josep Maria Bartomeu and Carles Vilarrubí, the directors Jordi Moix, Joan Bladé, Silvio Elías, Manel Arroyo and José Ramón Vidal-Abarca. President Florentino Pérez led the Real Madrid delegation. He was accompanied by nine of his directors and Emilio Butragueño, the director of Institutional Relations for Real Madrid.

Supporters Clubs meal

In addition, the traditional Supporters Clubs meal, organised by the AFEPE, also took place this afternoon. Club Marítim was the selected venue to host the Real Madrid and FC Barcelona Supporters Clubs. The meal was attended by Pau Vilanova, director of the FC Barcelona Social Commission, Josep M. Barnils, director of the Club’s International Social Commission; Antoni Guil, spokesman for the Supporters Clubs Advisory Council, and Edmundo Bazo, delegate of the Real Madrid Supporters Clubs Advisory Council.

In addition, the ex-players Julio Alberto and Alejandro Lora, president of the Federation of Real Madrid Supporters Clubs, were also present.
