The Members' Ombudsman is a single-person body that is independent of theBoard of Directors, and whose mission is to assist, advise and defend therights of the members in their relations with the club, and also theproduction and updating of the club's electoral roll.
In exercising his or her functions, the Members' Ombudsman may demand anynecessary collaboration or assistance from the club's administrators andgoverning bodies, and these are obliged to provide it.
Article 51 of the Club Statutes determines the functions of the Members'Ombudsman, the designation of this position, the duration of his/hermandate and the reasons for terminating the position.
At present, theMembers' Ombudsman is Agustí Bassols i Pascual.
