FC Barcelona has extended the player’s contract for the next two seasons with an option for a further two
Victor Sada will continue to represent Barça Regal at least until the end of the 2013-14 season after the two parties reached an agreement to extend Sada’s contract for a further two years. The Club has also retained an option for extra two years.
A successful return
Victor Sada joined the Club’s youth programme at the age of 11 and made his first team debut in 2003, the year Barça did the treble led by coach Svetislav Pesic. He made steady progress, including a two-season spell with Girona, before returning to the Palau as one of the leading guards in the Spanish league.
He brings intensity to the Barça’s game and defence. He’s a powerful presence on court and strong on rebounds. He reads the game excellently and so has accumulated some of the best assist stats in the Endesa League.
With Barça Regal, Victor Sada has enjoyed tremendous success, winning the Euroleague, four league titles and the Kings Cup twice.
