FC Barcelona Regal came away with the win after a hard-fought match against CAI Zaragoza this afternoon. The visiting team took an early three-point lead (2-5), but Barça Regal, through Tomic, Mickeal and Lorbek, rallied to make it 23-23 at the end of the first quarter.
Marcelinho Huertas and Nathan Jawai stepped up in the second quarter to guide Barça Regal to a slim three-point lead before the break (45-42).
Navarro kills the game off
Barça Regal jumped to a massive lead in the third quarter (69-57) thanks to Juan Carlos Navarro's four three pointers. However, the visiting team battled back to come within eight before the fourth quarter (72-64).
Xavi Pascual’s men were able to hold onto their lead in the fourth quarter, which means they’re level with Uxue Bilbao for the third spot in the table.
