Navarro, with seven Liga titles, equals Jiménez and Martínez

The first title for Rabaseda, Wallace and Eidson

Far away from Navarro’s seven titles, three Barça Regal players can now say that they’ve won a Liga Endesa: Xavi Rabaseda, CJ Wallace and Chuck Eidson.

Few records can withstand the drive of the Barça captain. Juan Carlos Navarro closed out his tenth Liga Endesa Final with his seventh title. The Liga title means that he’s the most decorated player in the ACB era, level with Andrés Jiménez and Ferran Martínez. “I’m very pleased with my seventh title. It’s very special given how difficult this year has been for me,” said the Azulgrana captain after the final match against Real Madrid. It hasn’t been an easy year for Navarro, who dealt with constant injuries throughout the season, but the title victory has left a good taste in his mouth: “this Barça is making history and the results are proving that.”

Navarro, who has played in 10 of the 22 ACB finals that Barça Regal have played in, has won the 1998/99, 2000/01, 2002/03, 2003/04, 2008/09 , 2010/11 and 2011/12 Liga titles.
