Internationals back at training

Internationals back at training

Xavi Hernández was able to work with his full squad ahead of Saturday's game with Las Palmas at Montjuïc (9pm CET)

The international break is over. It's time for the players to forget about their national sides until the next time and concentrate instead on club football, which for FC Barcelona resumed this Saturday at 9pm CET with game at home to Las Palmas, where the goal is to continue the excellent form that has seen them into the quarter finals of the Champions League and move up to second place in the league.

Xavi Hernández had all of his international players back for Thursday's training session, which also featured M. Casadó, Kochen, Mikayil and Mbacke of Barça Atlètic.

As well as the chance to close the gap on Real Madrid should they slip up against Athletic Club, the Las Palmas game is the last for Barça before the first leg of the Champions League quarter final against PSG, for there is no game next weekend due to the Copa del Rey Final between Athletic Club and Mallorca.
